When you log onto Client Support portal, you will be presented with a professionally branded dashboard showing you the key metrics that you are interested in. For example, you might want to see if any of your jobs are outstanding, when your jobs were attended or fix rates. Your customer portal presents the data you require in a way that is intuitive and easy. You can download detailed reports and view your job work history.
Real Time Status Updates
Using your portal will able you to see the real time status of your job, without having to contact us. You can see icons against each job to show when an engineer is on route, on site or when your job is completed. We can give you access to job notes, engineer recommendations, photos, and certificates. You can download job sheets as PDFs and create your own jobs. We will then be able to arrange for an engineer to complete your logged job..
Quotes and Invoices
In addition to giving you job information, you can also have access to quotes and invoices. As soon as we create a quotation, it will be available for you to view online, download as PDF, or print. This makes it simple for you to approve a quote. Any sales invoices and credits will also be available in your portal. You can also pay your invoices online, using our payment gateway for debit and credit cards.
